Making space for a new direction

Highberg emerged from the merger of seven consulting firms, each with its own specialty but united by shared values and ambitions. Faraday was tasked with designing and developing a new website that not only provides a digital presence for all seven firms but also logically organizes their diverse services while aligning with recruitment and marketing objectives.

Highberg has a clear vision: genuine transformation has a defined goal. For transformation, a new perspective is essential. And transformation only works if done collaboratively. These insights guided the development of their digital presence.

From the existing services and articles of the consulting firms, we developed a framework that allows every service and piece of content to fit seamlessly within Highberg's structure and identity. A tagging system, flexible web components, and form builders enable content to be presented automatically in the right place and style.

With flexible content and media additions, Highberg can now use their website to share valuable content with the world and support events.

Additionally, a centralized job application environment has been established, which seamlessly integrates with their internal CRM and various recruitment efforts.

We often recommend that our clients follow a gradual approach. Launch as smartly as possible, not as complete as possible. With Highberg, we took the same approach. The launch focused on two aspects: finding a style that feels professional yet fresh and forward-thinking, and explaining the major transformation themes Highberg is working on.

Recently, an expanded version of the site went live. It is no longer just a general business card but a place where Highberg can fully present itself. Thanks to a flexible design system and CMS, all seven partners now have the means to share their Insights and Capabilities with the world. A serious puzzle to solve together!
